IETM – International network for contemporary performing arts – is seeking a part-time Membership Officer to join its Secretariat in Brussels. With over 500 members worldwide, IETM is an international cultural network developing activities such as events, advocacy, research, training and community engagement.
The Membership Officer will support the Membership Manager in daily membership tasks, communications and the coordination of projects and events. The contract runs from 1 December 2025 to 30 June 2026, with a possible extension depending on funding.
Applicants should have at least two years’ experience in the cultural sector, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of contemporary performing arts. Fluency in English is required, with other languages an asset. Familiarity with Office and CRM software is essential, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. IETM particularly encourages applications from underrepresented groups in the cultural sector.
The position is part-time (19 hours per week) and based in Brussels, with flexibility for remote work. Salary is aligned with the Flemish salary scales for the performing arts sector (CAO PC 304, Scale C+). Additional benefits include luncheon vouchers of 7 EUR per day worked and travel vouchers.
